Participants will be staying in the air-conditioned Starin Hall suites.
For each group of four campers, these suites provide four separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living space, and a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker.
You must provide your own bedding, utensils, cookware, and dinnerware. Fee includes all tennis activities, housing, lunches, dinners, refreshments, and a t-shirt. The Camp Director is UW-Whitewater’s Men’s and Women’s Head Tennis Coach, Frank Barnes.
A non-refundable deposit must be paid to hold your spot at camp. Coach Barnes has elevated UW-Whitewater’s tennis teams to the national level since he came on board in 2002.
Each camper will be covered by a limited accident insurance policy.
The insurance includes primary coverage up to ,500 and 0 maximum dental insurance.
Insurance does not cover pre-existing injuries and is for accidents only.
The cost of insurance is included in the registration fee.
Enrollment is limited to 48 campers, so register early. Coach Barnes is the long time camp director of the ever popular Warhawk Junior Tennis Camps.
He has been named WIAC’s Coach of the Year multiple times.
Coach Barnes is also a two-time National K-Swiss Pro of the Year for his work as Nakoma Country Club’s Tennis Director, developing one of the city’s largest summer tennis programs.
